The India Pale Ale made when Dave Graham stopped in to visit is ready to serve! Based on Dave Brockington's Sister Star of the Sun recipe, this one came in a little lighter in gravity and a little dryer than in the past. The hops really jump out nicely, even without dry hopping. |
